Shipping policy
ONLINE ORDER DELIVERY CHARGES
We offer flat-rate shipping at $75.00 for online orders delivered within Metro Melbourne.
All other areas, including regional Victoria and other capitol cities and regions, are subsidised.
Online orders often come directly from our wholesale suppliers. They will use your details, supplied at checkout, to advise you of delivery timeframe.

SHOWROOM ORDER DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges are estimated at point of sale, starting from $125.00 for one item within Metro Melbourne, ground floor/easy access. Additional charges apply for multiple pick-up points, multiple items, and more complicated delivery access, such as staircases and lifts.
Delivery outside of Metro Melbourne incurs additional charges, which can often be calculated at point of sale, but occasionally require a specific quotation. We will happily arrange quotation and liaise with you and any/all external carriers to ensure your furniture gets safely to you.
As a rough guide, regional Victoria deliveries are normally between $250 - $350, depending on number of items and access.
Metro interstate deliveries begin from $350 approximately.
We use a team of specialist carriers for both Metro and Regional deliveries. All delivery charges are payable by cash on delivery (COD), exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). If you would like delivery to be included in your final balance, the price will include GST. Please discuss this with a team member when making delivery arrangements.
SHOWROOM ORDER DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS
Delivery times are estimated at point of sale, depending on current lead-time, usually between 8-10 weeks.
Once your order is completed and ready to deliver, we will contact you to arrange final payment. Once payment is received, delivery can be booked. We will work with you to find a suitable day and window of time for delivery.
We request that someone is onsite to receive, check and sign for all furniture deliveries.
Deliveries that cannot take place due to access limitations, are the responsibility of the purchaser. In the event that delivery cannot take place, a suitable time for re-delivery will be arranged, in addition to the fee for the unsuccessful delivery, additional fees will apply for return to warehouse, storage and re-delivery.
In the event that delivery is not possible due to access limitations, the goods will be taken to storage until the purchaser advises of their intent for the goods.
Remote & Regional areas may require longer transit time, we cannot guarantee a delivery window, however our carrier will be in touch directly to co-ordinate timing.
